How can I make a payment to Anstey?
To make a payment online by credit/debit card simply click the button below and complete the payment form with the required details. One of the accounts team will then email you through a secure link to make your payment online.
To pay you bill via bank transfer to your block or estate account please refer to the bank details quoted on your bill and please make the bank transfer using these details.
- If you have lost your bill or unable to locate the correct bank details, please click the button below and complete the bank transfer form. One of our accounts team will send you the correct bank details for you block or estate specific account.
Standing orders can be setup depending on the terms of your lease or transfer document. If the terms of your lease or transfer document permit payment by standing order and you would like to setup a standing order arrangement, please click the button below and complete the standing order form. One of our team will then email back to accept or reject your request.
- If you lease or transfer document does not permit standing order payments Anstey will enforce the terms of your lease or transfer document meaning you cannot pay by this method.
If you wish to pay your service charge by cheque please make the cheque payable to your block/development or Resident Management Company name as detailed on your bill and send to the address quoted on you bill.
If you wish to pay for a solicitors pack or a consent fee then cheques are to be made payable to ‘Anstey Property Management’.
